When you use SportCast, we collect the following from your Telegram account:

• Your Telegram user ID (numeric identifier)
• Your first name and username (if public)
• Your chosen language and country
• Messages you send to the bot
• Payment records (memo codes, transaction hashes)

We do not collect passwords, email addresses, phone numbers or financial credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the bot service, process payments, send relevant notifications, improve our AI predictions, and respond to support requests.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except Telegram (platform), Anthropic Claude AI (predictions) and TON Blockchain (payment processing only).

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on private servers. You can request deletion at any time via /support in the bot.

5. Payments & Financial Data

All payments are via TON blockchain. We store only the amount paid, transaction hash (publicly visible on blockchain) and the memo code. We never store wallet private keys or seed phrases.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account and data, and opt out of non-essential communications. Use /support in the bot to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security including encrypted database connections and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.

8. Responsible Gambling

SportCast provides football analysis only. We are not a gambling operator. All betting decisions are made entirely by users at their own risk. We encourage responsible gambling and recommend setting personal limits. 18+ only.
